The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator to provide operational and administrative support across the HR function while also supporting office services. In this role, you will help ensure employee records, documentation, and HR data are maintained accurately and that key administrative processes, including onboarding preparation and documentation collection, run smoothly. The position plays an important role in keeping HR operations organized, efficient, and consistent.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR data in internal systems.
- Support the preparation and administration of employment-related documentation.
- Ensure HR files and documentation are complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
- Coordinate administrative activities related to new-hire onboarding.
- Prepare and send onboarding communications and collect required documentation from new employees.
- Support the preparation of onboarding materials and employee files.
- Assist with preparing HR reports and compiling HR data as required.
- Ensure HR administrative processes are handled smoothly and consistently.
- Provide administrative support to HR team members, including responding to documentation requests.
- Support general office services and administrative activities as required.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR administration, office services, facilities, or a related administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with a structured and reliable approach to work.
- Comfortable working with employee data, records, and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS or other HR systems is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Service-minded, proactive, and able to work effectively with different stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
