Job Description


Job Purpose

ONLY SAUDI NATIONALS

To manage and maintain all employee-related transactions through Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and other government platforms while ensuring full compliance with the Saudi Labor Law, MHRSD regulations, and company policies. The role supports HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, contract management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qiwa&Gosi Administration
  • Manage employee contracts, contract renewals, amendments, and terminations through Qiwa.
  • Process employee transfers, profession changes, and work permit-related transactions.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Qiwa regulations and labor requirements.
  • Support Saudization compliance and workforce planning activities.
  • GOSI Management

    • Register new employees with GOSI.
    • Update employee records, salaries, and employment status.
    • Process employee additions, deletions, and end-of-service updates.
    • Ensure accurate monthly GOSI contributions and compliance.

    Labor Law Compliance

    • Provide guidance on Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
    • Ensure employment contracts, working hours, leave entitlements, and employee benefits comply with legal requirements.
    • Monitor regulatory changes and advise management accordingly.
    • Support labor inspections and government audits.

    HR Operations

    • Maintain employee digital and physical files.
    • Prepare employment letters, salary certificates, and experience certificates.
    • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Maintain HR databases and employee records.
    • Coordinate with Payroll to ensure accurate employee data.

    Government Platforms

    • Manage and process transactions through Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and other relevant government portals.
    • Liaise with PRO and government authorities when required.
    • Ensure employee records remain updated across all systems

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
    • HR certifications are an advantage.

    Experience

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations in Saudi Arabia.
    • Proven experience with Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem platforms.
    • Experience handling large employee populations is preferred.

    Knowledge & Skills

    • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and MHRSD regulations.
    • Expert user of Qiwa and GOSI platforms.
    • Knowledge of Saudization and Nitaqat requirements.
    • Strong understanding of employment contracts and labor compliance.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
