Job Description

  • Manage HR administration including onboarding, employee records, contracts, leave tracking, and offboarding
  • Coordinate employee visa processing, Emirates ID, medical insurance, and payroll documentation
  • Maintain compliance with UAE Labour Law and HR regulations
  • Handle company trade license renewals and regulatory documentation
  • Coordinate submissions and documentation with government authorities (MOHRE, GDRFA/Immigration, Dubai Municipality, DHA where applicable)
  • Support renewal and maintenance of drugstore / medical device related licenses and approvals
  • Maintain HR and company documentation, employee files, and regulatory records
  • Support general office administration, vendor coordination, and internal administrative processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years HR/Admin experience in UAE, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, pharmacy, or regulated industries
  • Good knowledge of:
    • UAE Labour Law
    • Visa and immigration procedures
    • Trade license renewal processes
    • Medical device / drugstore regulatory requirements (preferred)
