We are seeking a dynamic
HR & Learning Executive to join our Human Resources team. This role is pivotal in supporting HR operations and driving learning initiatives across the cluster. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and a passion for colleague development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate and deliver training programs aligned with Hyatt standards and property needs.
- Assist in implementing talent development strategies and succession planning.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
- Partner with department heads to identify learning needs and create tailored solutions.
- Champion Hyatt's culture and values across all properties in the cluster.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 23 years of HR experience in the hotel industry.
- Preferred exposure to F&B or Rooms operations to understand departmental needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HR systems is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
