Vivienda Real Estate is seeking a motivated, organized, and responsible Junior HR & Recruitment Manager to join our growing team in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR and recruitment professional who is looking to take on a broad role within a growing real estate company and contribute directly to the development of our team and internal HR operations.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Junior HR & Recruitment Manager will be responsible for supporting and managing the company's day-to-day human resources activities while taking ownership of the recruitment process.

The successful candidate will play an important role in attracting and hiring qualified real estate professionals, supporting employee relations, maintaining HR records and documentation, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, and ensuring that HR processes are organized and effectively implemented.

This position requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, professional, and capable of working independently in a fast-growing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Human Resources

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day HR activities and administrative processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Prepare and maintain employment-related documentation and internal HR records.
• Coordinate employee attendance, annual leave, sick leave, and other HR-related matters.
• Respond to employee HR inquiries and provide appropriate support and guidance.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining company HR policies, procedures, and internal processes.
• Support employee relations and help maintain a professional and positive working environment.
• Coordinate with relevant internal departments regarding employee-related matters.
• Ensure HR information and documentation are properly organized and maintained.
• Assist management with various HR-related tasks and initiatives as required.

Recruitment

• Develop and manage recruitment activities for real estate agents and other company positions.
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Schedule and conduct interviews and coordinate the recruitment process with management.
• Maintain an active and organized candidate database and recruitment pipeline.
• Prepare and publish job advertisements across relevant recruitment platforms.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate offers, documentation, and joining procedures for successful candidates.
• Support the onboarding process and ensure new employees have a smooth transition into the company.
• Continuously develop new recruitment channels and strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Monitor recruitment performance and provide regular updates to management.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous professional experience in Human Resources and Recruitment.
• Experience in recruiting real estate agents or property consultants is highly advantageous.
• Good understanding of HR processes, recruitment procedures, and employee administration.
• Previous experience working in the UAE or Dubai is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment methods and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Strong follow-up and time-management skills.
• Professional, proactive, reliable, and responsible approach to work.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with management and team members.
• Target-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving recruitment objectives.
• Strong English communication skills are required.
• Additional languages are considered an advantage, particularly for recruitment within Dubai's multicultural real estate market.

SALARY AND PERFORMANCE BONUS

Monthly Salary: AED 5,000–7,000

The salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, HR knowledge, recruitment background, and overall suitability for the position.

Recruitment Performance Bonus: AED 300–500 per successful agent hired

The recruitment bonus will be determined based on the experience, quality, and profile of the recruited agent.

The bonus structure is designed to recognize and reward successful recruitment of qualified and productive real estate professionals who add value to the company.
