The Job
As the HR Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Producing regular HR and workforce reports for senior stakeholders
- Maintaining and improving people data quality across HR systems
- Supporting workforce planning, headcount tracking and attrition analysis
- Building dashboards and insight packs to support decision making
- Working closely with HR, Finance and leadership teams on people analytics
- Supporting HR projects including system improvements and process optimisation
You:
- Proven experience in an HR Analyst, People Analyst or HR Data role
- Strong Excel skills and experience with HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors or similar
- Confident working with large datasets and turning data into clear insight
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of data governance and confidentiality
- Comfortable working in large, complex or public sector environments
- Willing to commute to Saudi Arabia
