Role OverviewAs the HR & Admin Executive, you will be the backbone of our daily office and factory operations. You will bridge the gap between management and our valuable blue-collar workforce, ensuring smooth payroll processing, compliance with SAIF Zone regulations, and meticulous administrative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities1. Blue-Collar HR & Employee Relations- Act as the primary point of contact for our blue-collar workforce (factory workers, technicians, and support staff).
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including SAIF Zone visa processing, medical check-ups, Emirates ID applications, and labor contracts.
- Resolve daily employee grievances, coordinate accommodation (if applicable), and manage transport scheduling.
- Ensure safety compliance and smooth relations across the factory floor.
2. Payroll & Time Attendance Management- Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all staff.
- Track daily attendance, overtime, leaves, and absences using Excel and attendance logging systems.
- Calculate end-of-service benefits (gratuity), leave salary, and final settlements in line with SAIF Zone / UAE labor guidelines.
3. Admin & Document Control- Maintain physical and digital employee files, ensuring all labor cards, visas, and passports are tracked and renewed well ahead of expiry.
- Manage general office administration, including procurement of office/pantry supplies, coordinating with vendors, and handling facility maintenance.
- Draft official letters, NOCs, and internal memos in both English and Hindi (to ensure clear communication across the workforce).
4. Data Management & Reporting- Utilize advanced Excel skills to maintain accurate HR databases, trackers, and monthly reports for management.
Required Qualifications & Skills- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of HR & Administration experience specifically within the UAE
- Industry Experience: Prior experience working in manufacturing, garments, construction, or industries with a heavy blue-collar workforce is highly preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Must be fully fluent in English and Hindi/Urdu to communicate effectively with management and the workforce.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and data formatting are a must for payroll and tracking).
- Strong familiarity with UAE Labor regulations and employment procedures.
