Job Description

Designation : HR and Admin Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and creates and manages the human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Applies relevant UAE specific employment law and HR policies and procedures.
  • Handling all internal and external HR & Admin related matters.
  • Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment and recruitment process.
  • Handle employees attendance and personnel records, including overtime, leaves, checking employee's earnings, monthly reimbursements, entitlements and allowances with the company's compensation and benefits policies.
  • Managing Accommodation, transportation & other welfare activities.
  • Booking air tickets for the employees through agencies.
  • Ensuring that all HR systems comply with any audit requirements, HR policies, Laws.
  • Co-ordination with all sections for necessary employees mobilization, transfer, demobilization.
  • Organizing safety inductions and training for new employees.
  • Liaise with HSE Department that all First Aid, Fire Training, and Certifications.
  • Follow up & arrange employee's documents for renewal of visa medical, emirates ID etc.
  • Coordinating internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data related to all employees and their attendance and employment.
  • Maintains and follows up on the leavers, ensuring smooth off-boarding process for resigned/terminated.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

Nationality: Philipino, Sri Lankan, Nepali, Any Arab
Computer Skills: MS Office. HR software, experience in Oracle, SAP, HRIS, HRMS, ERP and DMS.
Salary: AED 5,000 - AED 7,000 per month

Candidate based in UAE only.
