Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Riyadh for an HR and Recruitment Officer. The role involves HR operations, developing job descriptions, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and fostering positive employee relations. Responsibilities also include sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding talent to meet organizational needs, while supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) operations and principles
  • Experience in HR Management, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development
  • Ability to develop and articulate clear and effective Job Descriptions and Roles & Responsibilities
  • Proficiency in creating, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies and organizational guidelines
  • Strong skills in managing Employee Relations and resolving workplace issues effectively
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the Fit out construction, or Joinery Industry .
