Role Description
The HR Assistant will support diverse human resources functions, including employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, managing HR records, and assisting with HRIS updates. Additional responsibilities include coordinating employee training sessions, maintaining compliance with labor regulations, and providing administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles, practices, and policies
- Experience with HR Management and hands-on involvement in employee relations
- Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and familiarity with maintaining HR records
- Understanding of Benefits Administration and related processes
- Experience coordinating Training programs and employee development initiatives
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of UAE labor laws are advantageous
