Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an HR Assistant.
Requirements:
-Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting interviews.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.
-Support benefits administration activities, including enrollment, changes, and responding to employee inquiries.
-Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
-Respond to employee inquiries and provide general administrative support to the HR team.
-Ensure strict confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred but not required.
-Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
-Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team.
-Knowledge of HR practices is a plus.
