Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
- Support onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
- Provide support for employee relations issues and assist in conflict resolution.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in HR or related fields, preferably in the Gulf region.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in the Gulf.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
