The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, policy implementation, and employee relations. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
  • Provide support for employee relations issues and assist in conflict resolution.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in HR or related fields, preferably in the Gulf region.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in the Gulf.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
