Job Description

Our client is a leading MNC, with a diverse regional and international workforce. They are seeking a HR Associate to support day-to-day HR operations, employee mobility, immigration, payroll coordination, and HR systems.

This role will work closely with regional HR teams, internal stakeholders, employees, and external vendors to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant HR and mobility processes. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative capabilities, attention to detail, and exposure to immigration, work-pass, HR operations, and HRMS processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support global mobility, relocation, payroll, tax, onboarding, and compliance activities.
  • Coordinate Employment Pass, Dependent's Pass, and work-pass applications/renewals.
  • Manage HR documentation, billing, invoices, chargebacks, and approvals.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS data.
  • Support HR system implementation, data migration, and system maintenance.
  • Coordinate with regional HR teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Support payroll and Compensation & Benefits administration.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of immigration and HR processes.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of HR administration or HR operations experience.
  • Exposure to global mobility, immigration, or work-pass processes.
  • Regional HR operations or HR system transition experience is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of HR operations, payroll, mobility, and immigration processes.
  • Familiarity with Employment Pass and Dependent's Pass applications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with HRMS/HRIS.
  • Understanding of Compensation & Benefits administration.
  • Strong organization, multitasking, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills
