Purpose of the Role:
The HR Associate – Learning & Engagement will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of learning and development activities, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communication efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Support the coordination and administration of training programs and internal learning activities.
- Assist in organizing and executing employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Contribute to the development and dissemination of HR communications and internal campaigns.
- Coordinate with different departments to support people-related initiatives and activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and tracking of learning and engagement activities.
- Perform additional HR tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably within Learning & Development or Employee Engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Team player with a proactive mindset.
