Job Description

Purpose of the Role:

The HR Associate – Learning & Engagement will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of learning and development activities, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communication efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the coordination and administration of training programs and internal learning activities.
  • Assist in organizing and executing employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Contribute to the development and dissemination of HR communications and internal campaigns.
  • Coordinate with different departments to support people-related initiatives and activities.
  • Maintain proper documentation and tracking of learning and engagement activities.
  • Perform additional HR tasks as assigned.
  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • 2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably within Learning & Development or Employee Engagement.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Excellent command of English.
    • Team player with a proactive mindset.
