People & Culture Review Specialist (Audit & Advisory)

Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite) | 23-Working Day Engagement

We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Review Specialist to support a review engagement covering Talent Development, Succession Planning, Employee Retention, Employee Engagement, and Workforce Planning.

⚠️ Important

This is not a general HR Operations, HRBP, or Talent Acquisition role.

We are specifically looking for professionals with experience in HR audits, governance reviews, advisory engagements, process assessments, compliance reviews, internal controls, or organizational effectiveness reviews.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in:
• Internal Audit (HR/People & Culture)
• HR Advisory / HR Consulting
• People & Culture Governance Reviews
• Organizational Effectiveness Reviews
• Risk, Controls, or Compliance Assessments
• Professional qualification such as:
• CIA
• CIPD
• SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP
• Equivalent professional certification

Responsibilities

• Review the design and effectiveness of Talent Development and Succession Planning processes.
• Assess Employee Engagement, Retention, and Wellbeing initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, process walkthroughs, and controls assessments.
• Analyze workforce metrics, engagement survey results, and people-related data.
• Document observations, recommendations, and management reports.

Preferred Profiles

✅ Internal Auditors with HR / People & Culture experience

✅ HR Advisory or HR Consulting professionals

✅ HR Governance, Organizational Effectiveness, or People Risk specialists

✅ Professionals with prior experience in review, assurance, controls, or compliance-focused assignments.
