Job Role: HR Business Analyst (HR Systems)
Job Location: Abu Dhabi
Experience: 6+ Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a bridge between HR process owners, IT teams, vendors, and delivery teams
- Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Define end-to-end test scenarios, success criteria, and ensure full coverage of business and functional requirements
- Coordinate closely with testing teams and HR stakeholders to validate system changes
- Review test results, track defects, and ensure proper resolution before deployment
- Provide formal validation that delivered solutions meet approved requirements
- Manage end-to-end delivery of HR system enhancement initiatives
- Track milestones, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery
- Ensure alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and reporting needs
- Improve process efficiency, data integrity, and system effectiveness
- Maintain strong governance and stakeholder communication across HR, IT, and external partners
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in HR systems or HR transformation projects
- Expertise in creating BRDs, functional specifications, and process documentation
- Experience in defining UAT scenarios and working with testing teams
- Good understanding of HR processes (e.g., recruitment, payroll, performance management)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors
- Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM) is preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- The role involves customer interaction in English and Arabic.
