Job Description


We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Business Assistant to support the CEO in overseeing human resource functions and providing operational assistance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Personnel, Recruiting and other HR Functions as well as administrative skills. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities and a keen understanding of Recruiting processes and Labor law to ensure the smooth operation of the company.

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions across departments
  • Post job openings on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms, and source candidates through multiple channels.
  • Manage job offer processes, including drafting offer letters and negotiating compensation packages.
  • Maintain recruitment records and update applicant tracking systems.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations inquiries and provide general HR support to staff.
  • Manage employee documentation, including contracts, performance reviews, and personal records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Communicate effectively by collaborating human resources needs with other departments and team members such as Safety and executives of the company.
  • Manage recruitment, selection, training, and development processes
  • Provide consultation to senior management on HR strategies and procedures.
  • Assist in administering company benefits, payroll, and leave policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business challenges and providing strategic HR guidance.




Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role within a consultancy or outsourcing environment.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic plans and leading high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and drive innovation in HR services.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
