Role Description The HR Business Partner role is a part-time, remote position responsible for supporting strategic HR initiatives across a network of healthcare employers and licensed professionals. Day-to-day tasks include advising on HR policies and practices, partnering with hiring managers and leadership on workforce planning, and supporting employee relations and engagement. The HR Business Partner will help develop and implement HR solutions that align people practices with organizational goals, including performance management, talent development, and change management initiatives. The role also involves coordinating employee benefits information, maintaining accurate HR records, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor regulations and organizational standards. Regular virtual collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders is expected to provide proactive, data-informed HR support.
