Job Description

Role Description The HR Business Partner role is a part-time, remote position responsible for supporting strategic HR initiatives across a network of healthcare employers and licensed professionals. Day-to-day tasks include advising on HR policies and practices, partnering with hiring managers and leadership on workforce planning, and supporting employee relations and engagement. The HR Business Partner will help develop and implement HR solutions that align people practices with organizational goals, including performance management, talent development, and change management initiatives. The role also involves coordinating employee benefits information, maintaining accurate HR records, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor regulations and organizational standards. Regular virtual collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders is expected to provide proactive, data-informed HR support.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience supporting business leaders and teams.
  • Candidates should possess skills in developing, interpreting, and implementing HR Policies that align with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Candidates should possess expertise in Employee Benefits, including coordinating, communicating, and advising on benefits programs.
  • Candidates should possess Personnel Management skills, including employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Relevant experience in healthcare or multi-country HR environments is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices in the GCC or international healthcare settings is a plus.
