EELAF is looking for a strong HR Business Partner to support our growing business units and help build a more structured, performance-driven, and people-focused organization.
This role is not just about HR operations. We need someone who can work closely with business leaders, understand team challenges, support managers, and turn HR into a real business partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business unit managers to understand team needs, performance issues, and hiring priorities.
- Support workforce planning, organizational structure, and manpower requirements.
- Handle employee relations professionally and ensure proper communication between employees and management.
- Follow up on performance management, probation reviews, promotions, and internal movements.
- Support recruitment planning and coordinate with the talent acquisition team.
- Help implement HR policies, procedures, attendance rules, and internal communication.
- Monitor employee engagement, retention risks, and department-level challenges.
- Provide HR reports and insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor law requirements.
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of HR experience, preferably with at least 2 years in an HRBP or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and recruitment coordination.
- Experience in trading, distribution, engineering, technology, or B2B companies is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to deal with managers and employees firmly, professionally, and fairly.
- Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law.
- Excellent English and Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with ERP/HR systems is preferred.
