- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead Organizational Development (OD) initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and organizational design
- Manage and develop the HR team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement
- Support change management and organizational transformation projects
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives
- Provide guidance on workforce planning and talent management strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) or similar role
- Strong hands-on experience in Organizational Development (OD)
- Previous experience in leading and managing teams
- Strong knowledge of performance management, talent development, and organizational design
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
