Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- Manage the full talent lifecycle and ensure effective workforce development for large teams.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices.
- Analyze HR metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Lead and mentor HR teams to ensure consistent delivery of HR services across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, HR operations, employee relations, and performance management.
- Experience managing and developing large teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Deep knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
