Job Description

The HR Business Partner is responsible for aligning HR strategy with the business goals acting as a strategic link between leadership and employees to drive performance through talent management, organizational development, change management, and workforce planning, focusing on people-related issues that directly impact business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment:: Assistance to managers in searching and hiring suitable specialists.
  • Training and development of employees:Identification of the need for employees training and professional development. Managing company's talent&succession pool.
  • Performance management:Development of performance evaluation and reward system as well as HR automation.
  • HR strategy and policy development:Create and develop HR policies and procedures that comply with UAE legislation and Company's targets.
  • Compensation and benefits:Delivering the annual review, bonus, and salary process as part of the performance management cycle.
  • Compliance with labor laws:Ensuring that company comply with local labor laws and avoid legal risks.
  • Employee Relations: Provide support and advice regarding Company's policies and processes to all managers and employees.
  • Corporate culture:Support and develop the corporate culture and values. Implement action plans to increase employees satisfaction and engagement level.

Qualifications

  • Work experience in large international companies and in the Middle East markets as HR BP/HRG/HR Manager.
  • Work experience in the tourism or hotel business an advantage.
  • Fluency in English (Russian language proficiency as an advantage).
  • Experience working with international teams.
  • Excellent negotiation skills at all levels.
