Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering
- Partner with managers and employees on day-to-day HR and people matters.
- Understand business needs and translate them into practical HR solutions.
- Advise managers on employee relations, performance, team effectiveness, and people-related matters.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and proactively identify people-related needs and risks.
- Support managers in handling sensitive employee situations and escalate issues when needed.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, profiles, and requirements.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure an effective and timely hiring process.
- Take ownership of recruitment activities during periods of high hiring demand.
- Support the implementation and improvement of HR policies, processes, and initiatives.
- Contribute to projects related to performance management, employee engagement, employee experience, learning and development, culture, and organizational development.
- Support HR reporting, people data, and analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and the overall employee experience.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees on HR and people-related matters.
- Support employee communication and engagement initiatives.
- Help ensure HR policies and initiatives are clearly communicated and effectively implemented.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in an HRBP or HR Generalist role.
- Hands-on experience working directly with managers and business stakeholders.
- Good understanding of core HR practices and employee relations.
- Practical understanding of the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working independently.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of ownership and willingness to get involved in both strategic and day-to-day HR activities.
