Role Description
This is a
full-time hybird role for a HR Business Partner with experience in Software industry, The HRBP will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and supporting performance management processes. The role also involves collaborating with management to align HR strategies with business goals and fostering a positive work environment to support organizational success.
Qualifications
- 6+ years experience in the software industry or with tech talent is a must
- Strong understanding of HR Policies and practices, as well as strategic implementation skills
- Proficiency in Human Resources operations, including recruitment and onboarding
- Experience in managing Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Knowledge of Labor and insurance law to ensure compliance with local regulations
- Capability to develop and oversee Performance Management systems to drive organizational growth
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with diverse teams
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
