My client are a leading technology business in the Kingdom. They are looking for an outstanding Saudi National to support and expand their Human Resource team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HR compliance for Saudi Arabia, ensuring adherence to Saudi Labor Law and government regulations (GOSI, MHRSD, Saudization requirements)
- Interpret regulatory changes and translate them into actionable HR policies and processes
- Provide expert advisory on employee lifecycle matters including hiring, contracts, separations, disciplinary actions, benefits, and EOSB
- Drive audits, compliance reviews, and risk mitigation initiatives
- Partner with business, legal, finance, and external stakeholders
- Manage compliance reporting, governance forums, and escalations
- Support localization initiatives
- Build awareness on regulatory requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Saudi (mandatory)
- 8–10 years of HR compliance experience in multinational IT/technology organizations
- Expertise in Saudi Labor Law and its practical application
- Experience in regulatory audits and compliance frameworks
- Understanding of government portals and statutory requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis, presentations, and documentation
