Job Description

My client are a leading technology business in the Kingdom. They are looking for an outstanding Saudi National to support and expand their Human Resource team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage HR compliance for Saudi Arabia, ensuring adherence to Saudi Labor Law and government regulations (GOSI, MHRSD, Saudization requirements)
  • Interpret regulatory changes and translate them into actionable HR policies and processes
  • Provide expert advisory on employee lifecycle matters including hiring, contracts, separations, disciplinary actions, benefits, and EOSB
  • Drive audits, compliance reviews, and risk mitigation initiatives
  • Partner with business, legal, finance, and external stakeholders
  • Manage compliance reporting, governance forums, and escalations
  • Support localization initiatives
  • Build awareness on regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Saudi (mandatory)
  • 8–10 years of HR compliance experience in multinational IT/technology organizations
  • Expertise in Saudi Labor Law and its practical application
  • Experience in regulatory audits and compliance frameworks
  • Understanding of government portals and statutory requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis, presentations, and documentation
