Job Title: Part-Time HR & Compliance Officer (1 Day per Week)
Location: Tuas, Singapore
ceEntek is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and well-educated HR & Compliance Officer to join our growing team on a part-time basis (1 day per week in the office).
This position reports directly to the CEO and offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about Human Resources, compliance, and organizational development in an international, fast-growing technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Human Resource administration.
- Support recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding activities.
- Develop and implement employee retention and engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate internal training and employee development programs.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Singapore employment regulations.
- Support the CEO's office in compliance-related matters involving government agencies, the Board of Directors, and investors.
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation and reporting.
- Coordinate performance management and other HR initiatives as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in HR and compliance are encouraged to apply.
- Prior HR or compliance experience is an advantage but not essential.
Working Arrangement
- Part-time position
- One day per week (office-based)
