Role Description
To execute the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and manage employee integration programs, including onboarding and structured recognition programs, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent and the continuous improvement of onboarding, engagement, and internal development initiatives
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align candidate profiles accordingly.
- Optimize job postings across various professional platforms (Linkedin)and ODOO
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on defined job requirements.
- Organize and manage interview logistics (technical and HR), ensuring smooth and timely execution
- Update recruitment progress and generate reports on hiring metrics, timelines, and pipeline status.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates, interview feedback, and hiring status within recruitment systems
- Coordinate on onboarding and orientation for accepted candidates
- Revamp the orientation experience, updating the materials, and presenting the slides to new hires.
- Coordinate with the Admin, IT, and ERP Departments for internal alignment for onboarding.
- Oversee the onboarding process and gather feedback on the experience, follow up with team leaders to know their decision on probation evaluation.
- Announce Blue badge nominees.
- Announce Purple badge nominee
- Announce Leadership badge nominees.
- Coordinate Internships Programs, reaching out to students and assigning coaches, and program orientation, take intern and coach feedback.
- Maintain and update employee attendance records, ensuring accuracy of working hours, absences, and leave balances.
- Monitor daily attendance, identify irregularities (e.g., lateness, absenteeism), and coordinate with managers to resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare periodic attendance reports to support payroll processing and ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 Years of Experience
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using HR software and tools
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
