Job Description

Job Purpose:

The job holder is responsible to manage and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation, monitor compliance and governance risks, and support C&B operations including health insurance administration and reporting to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely execution of HR processes across the Company.

Key Result Areas:

  1. Maintain and regularly update HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines in compliance with UAE labour laws and internal Company frameworks. Ensure proper version control and centralized accessibility.
  2. Identify governance risks such as policy noncompliance, exceptions, and data privacy gaps. Support the implementation and monitoring of internal controls across HR processes.
  3. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisory partners to maintain alignment on regulatory requirements, audit documentation, and governance expectations.
  4. Develop communication materials and support training sessions to ensure HR teams and business stakeholders understand governance standards, updated policies, and compliance requirements.
  5. Coordinate with HRBPs to maintain updated Job Descriptions and organisational charts to ensure role documentation aligns with approved structures, job families, grading frameworks, and governance guidelines.
  6. Review, update, and refine all HR letter templates (employment, service, salary, transfers, promotions, warnings, etc.) to ensure consistency, accuracy, compliance with policies, and alignment with corporate branding and legal standards.
  7. Assist the primary Health Insurance Coordinator during peak workload or absence.
  8. Provide backup support in resolving claims issues, reimbursement queries, preapproval requests, and network clarifications by liaising with TPAs.
  9. Assist with validating member eligibility, supporting premium reconciliations, and preparing insurance utilisation data during reporting cycles or annual renewals.

Job Context:

The job holder is responsible for supporting HR governance and compliance by maintaining accurate policies, documentation, and controls in line with UAE labour laws, internal frameworks, and regulatory requirements. The role involves monitoring compliance risks, preparing governance reports, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting communication and training initiatives. The position also provides operational backup for health insurance administration and reporting, ensuring data accuracy, continuity, and adherence to confidentiality standards across HR operations.

Knowledge, Skills & Minimum Experience:

Education Qualification:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or Equivalent Qualification.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the field of HR policy administration with exposure to health insurance administration
  • Experience in process improvement, data analysis, reporting etc will be an added advantage

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with private and government health care delivery systems and insurance programs.
  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology and knowledge of legal aspects of medical records
  • Ability to write clear, concise narrative and statistical reports, effective communication skills and ability to present reports
