Key Responsibilities:
Organizational Development (OD)
- Keep performance reviews on track by ensuring appraisal cycles, timelines, and documentation run smoothly and are clearly communicated.
- Support in turning performance data into insights by tracking and analyzing results to spot trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth.
- Celebrate success stories by maintaining updated records of employee recognitions, nominations, and awards for greater visibility across the organization.
- Champion new talent by monitoring probation periods and keeping employee records fresh and accurate.
- Shape roles for the future by helping update job descriptions and employee data that drive smarter decisions.
- Contribute to a stronger workplace culture by supporting the development and alignment of HR policies and procedures.
- Build a rich talent hub by organizing employee information—CVs, photos, and role data—into well-structured HR databases.
- Give employees a voice by supporting surveys and compiling results to highlight key themes.
- Spread the good news by communicating promotions, transfers, and status updates to the right people at the right time.
Learning & Development (L&D) Support
- Assist in coordinating employee enrollments for training programs.
- Support the scheduling process and help prepare learning spaces.
- Collect feedback forms from employees after training sessions.
- Help maintain attendance sheets and training records.
- Provide administrative support with PRs for training-related vendors/services.
Communication, PRs & Logistics
- Support logistics for HR programs and events (room setup, materials, attendance sheets).
- Prepare and follow up on purchase requests (PRs) for HR activities.
- Assist the team during events with on-ground coordination.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years in HR, OD Preferable.
- Organizational and multitasking skills, proficiency in MS Office, communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented mindset.
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
