We are looking for a
HR Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will gather, analyze, and visualize HR data to drive insights, support decision-making, and shape strategies across talent, performance, and workforce management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain impactful dashboards and KPIs in Power BI across HR functions.
- Translate complex HR data into actionable insights for management.
- Collaborate with HR teams to meet evolving business needs.
- Prepare high-quality presentations to communicate trends and recommendations.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of HR data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Proven experience in Power BI development, preferably in HR or People Analytics
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience tracking HR metrics and using data to forecast trends
