HR Director MENA

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Director for the MENA region to join The Clorox Company, a global leader in consumer goods and home care products. This role is based in Saudi Arabia and will lead the HR agenda for the region, supporting business operations and manufacturing activities while driving people strategy and organizational development initiatives.

Reporting to the HR Director AMEA and working closely with the General Manager MENA, the successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring HR practices enable business growth, employee engagement, and a strong performance culture.

What You Will Do

• Lead HR Operations: Oversee all HR processes in MENA, ensuring efficiency and compliance while continuously driving process improvements.
• Partner with Leaders: Act as a strategic business partner to MENA leadership, providing guidance on organizational design, talent development, and employee relations.
• Drive Talent & Engagement: Develop and execute people plans that promote inclusion, leadership capability, and high engagement.
• Support Manufacturing Excellence: Collaborate closely with the plant management team to ensure HR practices effectively support operations, manpower planning, and employee relations.
• Lead Regional Projects: Partner with international HR teams on key HRIS, process, and transformation initiatives; manage local implementation and change management.
• Develop the Team: Coach, empower, and guide HR team members to deliver operational excellence and strategic impact across the region.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years as a regional or country HRBP in a multinational environment.
• Proven experience in Saudi labor laws, employee relations, and HR operations in manufacturing or FMCG industries.
• Strong track record in organizational transformation, talent development, and change management.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and build trust across diverse cultures and geographies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
