The Mission: to extend the existing Oracle Fusion HR blueprint/template from the HQ country to 8 Countries
The Role: to be the primary interface between the Business Unit, the Oracle IT implementation team and countrylevel HR teams, ensuring that global design intent is translated into practical, compliant, and operationally workable HR solutions.
The Job Content: requires project leadership, international HR functional experience and expertise, handson execution, and rigorous quality control. You are trusted to operate pragmatically stepping in to translate IT into HR and vice versa, resolving gaps, chasing deliverables, validating data and configurations, and occasionally stepping in personally to get tasks across the line to meet deadlines and due dates keeping the program on track.
Key Accountabilities
1. GlobalLocal Interface & Facilitation
- Act as the single HR point of coordination between:
- Global Oracle ERP / HCM IT implementation team
- External system integrators
- 7-8 x Country/Company local HR teams, all ex-UAE
- Translate global HR process design into clear, actionable requirements for local HR teams and ensure feedback flows back to the global programme.
- Participate in workshops, design reviews, and decision forums across multiple countries and time zones.
2. HR Functional Ownership (NonIT)
- Represent HR operational reality across 17 modules/apps covering:
- Core HR
- Organization & job structures
- Employee lifecycle events
- Data governance and security roles
- Interfaces with Payroll and Finance
- Challenge designs that are technically correct but operationally unworkable in country contexts, a responsibility commonly highlighted in Oracle HCM lead and HRMS interface roles.
3. HandsOn Delivery & Doer Responsibilities
- Personally support and participate in:
- Data cleansing and validation
- Data migration templates and load reviews
- Configuration sanity checks
- UAT coordination, test script creation, and defect triage
- Cutover readiness activities
- Step in where local HR teams lack capacity, capability, or experience -reflecting the pragmatic, executionheavy nature of global HR implementation roles.
4. Quality Control & Risk Management
- Own HRside quality assurance for:
- Configuration accuracy
- Data integrity
- Process mapping consistency/complexities across countries
- Identify gaps between global design and local statutory or operational requirements and escalate early with solution options. [en.wizbii.com]
- Track HRrelated risks, dependencies, and decisions and ensure formal signoff from HR stakeholders.
5. Country HR Engagement & Enablement
- Support country HR teams through:
- Change impact assessments
- Readiness tracking
- Training input and adoption support
- Balance global standardization with local compliance and practicality, a core requirement in group HR project lead roles in multientity environments.
6. Governance, Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain HR workplans, milestones, and deliverables aligned to the global programme plan.
- Prepare clear, factual status updates for:
- Business Unit and Terminal HR leadership
- Programme Steering Committees
- Ensure HR process documentation, SOPs, and controls are updated and embedded postgolive.

Skills & Experience
Essential
- 8+ years experience in HR operations, HRIS, or HR transformation roles
- Proven handson experience in at least one ERP HCM global or multicountry implementation
- ADVANCED MS Excel capabilities - will be tested in Selection Assessment
- Strong understanding of HR processes, not just systems
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a bridge between HR and IT
- High tolerance for ambiguity and willingness to be deeply handson
Desirable
Experience working in:
- Global or matrix organizations
- Shared Services or HR CoE environments
- Exposure to:
- Data migration and data governance
- UAT and cutover activities
- Oracle HCM functional exposure (certification optional but beneficial)
