Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
- Monitor and enhance HR processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Lead performance management cycles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Support organizational development and employee engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal governance standards.
- Participate in HR digital transformation and system optimization projects.
- Provide HR guidance and consultation to management and various departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in HR operations, HR excellence, or organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and performance management systems.
- Experience in process improvement and policy development.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
