A hospital is looking for a HR executive (1 year contract)

Your new role

• .Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in the review, development andimplementation of policies, plans, processes and programmes.
• .Work with Institution HR Business Partners and staff in providing value-addingHR services and support.
• .Administer and execute HR functions and processes in relation to Onboarding andOffboarding.
• .Support and improve on-site experience for new hires and leavers throughOnboarding and Offboarding stages.
• .Ensure the services are delivered in line with policies and comply to all relevant Legislation requirement.
• .Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and keyperformance indicators (KPIs) within Shared Services.
• .Ensure HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards.

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:

• .Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
• .Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience especially in healthcare sector.
