We are currently recruiting for a HR Executive- Emiratisation for our client to be based out of their Abu Dhabi Office.
Purpose-
The HR Executive will play a key role in driving the organisation's Emiratisation initiatives, managing endtoend recruitment, handling daytoday HR operations, and ensuring seamless communication between branch employees and the corporate HR office.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to work in a fastpaced, multibranch environment.
Responsibility-
- Lead, coordinate, and implement the company's Emiratisation strategy.
- Develop pipelines of UAE National talent for various roles.
- Ensure compliance with all UAE Emiratisation-related policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads and branch managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Support day-to-day HR operations including employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding, probation assessments, confirmations, and employee offboarding.
- Assist with payroll inputs, HRMS updates, insurance additions/deletions, and other routine HR processes.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in employee files and HR reporting.
- Communicate HR policies, procedures, and updates effectively to branch employees.
Qualifications & Skills-
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the financial services or exchange house industry.
- Strong understanding of UAE labour law and Emiratisation guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Strong organisational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems.
