Role Overview
As an HR Executive, you will join our dynamic team in Dubai, playing a pivotal role within our onsite environment. The position requires a strategic individual with robust experience across both mainland and Freezone environments. You will be responsible for empowering employees, effectively leading a team, and ensuring the delivery and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs), contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of HR professionals.
- Oversee and update policies for compliance with UAE mainland and Freezone regulations.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a high-performance culture.
- Track and analyze KPIs to enhance HR processes and support business growth.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and oversee talent development plans.
- Mediate HR issues, ensuring resolution in alignment with company values.
Must Have Requirements
- Proven HR experience in both mainland and Freezone environments in the UAE.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR teams.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to implement HR frameworks supporting business goals.
- Expertise in managing and analyzing KPIs within an HR context.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance standards.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Track record of empowering and developing employees.

- Deep experience working specifically within UAE Freezones.
- HR certification from a recognized institution.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
