About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised HR Executive who can manage HR operations and also help streamline our internal structure. Our organisation includes multiple companies and teams working cross-functionally, and we need an HR professional who can bring clarity, structure, and consistency across the group.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Source, shortlist, and schedule interviews for various roles
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for selection
  • Draft offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documents
  • Ensure smooth induction for new joiners across all entities

2. HR Operations & Compliance
  • Maintain employee files, HRMS, and organisational data
  • Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination
  • Prepare NOCs, letters, and HR documentation
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and HR policies

3. Employee Relations & Support
  • Address employee queries and resolve issues professionally
  • Support performance reviews, probation evaluations, and warnings
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives

4. Organisational Structure & Reporting Clarity (Important)
  • Analyse the current internal structure across all group companies
  • Create a clear Organisational Chart (Org Chart) for each entity
  • Define roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines for every employee
  • Standardise job titles and hierarchy levels
  • Identify overlapping, duplicated, or unclear responsibilities
  • Recommend restructuring for efficiency and clarity
  • Work with management to implement the new structure
  • Maintain updated org charts as employees/roles change

5. Cross-Company Coordination

Because employees work across multiple companies/subsidiaries:

  • Document which employee works for which entity
  • Specify time/role allocation for each brand
  • Ensure each manager knows who reports to them
  • Maintain clarity on KPIs and responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration
  • 24 years of HR experience (UAE experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law
  • Excellent communication skills (English required)
  • Ability to build structure and introduce process where missing
  • Experience with org charts, SOPs, or HR restructuring is a plus
  • Highly organised and able to manage multi-entity environments
