HR Executive
The HR Executive will act as a strategic HR partner to management, leading HR operations, policy development, and employee engagement initiatives. This role is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a high-performance, positive workplace culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR & Policy Development
- Develop, implement, and continuously review HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in alignment with business goals and UAE labor laws.
- Advise management on HR strategy, workforce planning, organizational structure, and change management.
- Act as a key HR advisor to senior leadership on people-related matters.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Design and lead employee engagement, retention, and wellness initiatives to enhance productivity and morale.
- Drive company culture initiatives, employee communication strategies, and internal branding.
- Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and implement improvement plans.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage employee relations, including disciplinary processes and grievance handling.
Talent Management & Development
- Lead recruitment strategies for internal roles and support leadership hiring.
- Design performance management frameworks, appraisal cycles, and career development plans.
- Identify training needs and oversee learning and development initiatives.
Reporting & Governance
- Prepare HR dashboards, analytics, and reports for senior management.
- Monitor HR KPIs such as turnover, engagement, absenteeism, and performance metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to HR governance standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is an advantage).
- 57+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to strategic HR functions.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in HR policy development, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
