POSITION TITLE: HR Executive - Operations
Responsible for performing a variety of Human Resources Personnel-Related duties. Maintaining the Oracle - Ifusion Database, Workforce Scheduler, and all employee personnel files and scanned records. Process all payroll and non-payroll transactions and enter data on the Ifusion system.
At all times to provide clear communication to internal and external enquiries.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and process on daily basis through Ifusion Oracle System the changes and updates for all payroll related activities such as new appointments, transfers, promotions, title changes, salary changes, etc for HR Director's approval.
- Handling entire Out-Process from staff resignation, clearance, visa cancellation, and final settlement.
- Managing the Work Force Scheduler by ensuring rostering, Overtime approvals, and On-call approval are properly done and there are no violations in the system.
- Prepare and process, on daily basis through Ifusion Oracle System, the changes and updates for all payroll related activities such as transfers, terminations, and resignations.
- Handle entire Out-Process from staff resignation, clearance, insurance cancellation, visa cancellation, and final settlement.
- Record, register, and file all documents, correspondence, etc
- Maintain the neatness and organization of personnel files and filing cabinets.
- Assist in monthly HR reports by using ad hoc reporting on-line statistics.
- Ensure adherence to AHD policies and procedures by checking personnel actions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in business or related field
- of 4 years experience within a similar role
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
- Previous Personnel and Payroll experience.
- Familiarity of Human Resources Department policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of UAE Labor law.
- Strong experience in HR Oracle lfusion system.
- Previous experience in a Healthcare establishment is an advantage.
