HR Executive (Talent Acquisition)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and coordinate recruitment activities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through various sourcing channels and recruitment events.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and efficient hiring processes.
• Prepare employment offers, maintain accurate recruitment records, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Support employer branding initiatives and monitor recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
