Job Description

Position Title:HR Executive

Employment Type: Full Time

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client: A well-established UAE automotive distribution group representing international passenger vehicle, motorcycle, off-road and mobility brands across the UAE and GCC headquartered in Dubai.

Job Description:

  • Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process, including attendance, deductions, overtime, leave, salary adjustments and final payroll verification.
  • Prepare and process WPS payroll through Al Ansari Exchange, including preparation and uploading of the required SIF (Salary Information File).
  • Maintain accurate payroll and employee records using advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP and related formulas for payroll reconciliation and reporting.
  • Coordinate bank/payroll files, resolve salary discrepancies, maintain supporting documentation and assist with other HR administrative requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE HR/Payroll experience, with hands-on responsibility for payroll processing and a bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Practical experience with UAE WPS, Al Ansari Exchange and SIF file preparation/uploading is highly preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, particularly VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, formulas, reconciliation and payroll reporting.
  • Good understanding of UAE payroll practices, employee records and HR administration, with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
