Dandelion Civilization is a next-generation platform that helps companies hire and develop talent through gamified soft-skills assessments, behavioral analytics, and interactive simulations.

We work with HR teams, universities, and growing organizations across Europe and MENA, providing modern tools for more accurate hiring and talent development.

You will work in an international, fully remote team that values trust, experimentation, and intellectual curiosity.

We combine behavioral science, HR methodology, data analytics, and game design to help organizations understand candidates and employees in a deeper, more objective way.

You will collaborate directly with experts from HR, psychology, data science, and product design and your expertise will shape our methodology and product decisions.

We are expanding our expert board and looking for an experienced HR Consultant to support evaluation processes and product development.

3050/hour, depending on seniority and methodological experience.

We are seeking an HR expert who can provide structured, high-quality advisory on soft-skills assessment, behavioral evaluation, and competency-based hiring.

For this role, soft-skills expertise is as critical as hard-skills expertise: your ability to interpret behavior, identify patterns, and evaluate interpersonal dynamics directly shapes our assessment frameworks.

Our hiring process reflects how we work with clients and allows you to experience our system firsthand:

1. Gamified Soft-Skills Assessment
2. Modules measuring cognitive flexibility, communication style, judgment, and behavioral tendencies.
3. Case-Based HR Testing
4. You analyze candidate profiles, identify risks, and provide structured recommendations.
5. Self-Pitching
6. A short structured introduction of your HR philosophy, assessment style, and potential contribution.
7. Final Interview
8. Discussion with the founders/methodology team about expertise and long-term impact.

• Interpret assessment results and provide clear HR conclusions
• Advise on hiring decisions, competency fit, and candidate potential
• Support refinement of job requirements and evaluation criteria
• Participate in interviews and selection processes
• Ensure fairness and consistency of assessment standards
• Provide expert input on improving methodologies and product functionality

• 5+ years in HR, recruitment, HR analytics, or organizational psychology
• Strong analytical and behavioral-interpretation skills
• Experience with HRTech tools and evaluation methodologies
• Interest in gamified learning and behavioral science
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• Ability to work independently and provide structured feedback

• Background in psychometrics or personality assessment
• Experience with competency and soft-skills scoring frameworks
• Exposure to EdTech/HRTech environments
• Ability to support long-term talent strategy development
