Job Title – HR Generalist (6 months – Immediate Joiners)

Duration – 6 months

Salary – AED 9000

Work Location – Dubai

Mandatory – Employee Records, Attendance/Leave, Onboarding, Employee relations/grievance handling. Must be on family sponsored visa. Immediate Joiners only

We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HR operations, employee records, attendance, leave, onboarding and exits.
• Handle employee relations, grievances and confidential employee matters.
• Coordinate offer letters, contracts, background checks and joining formalities.
• Maintain accurate employee data and HRMS records.
• Ensure HR policies, processes and documentation are effectively implemented.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in HR Operations.
• Strong skills in HR Operations, Employee Relations, HR Administration, HRMS and Compliance.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
