Role Overview
A well-established organization is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle management. This role is ideal for an HR professional who is hands-on, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
The HR Generalist will work closely with senior HR leadership to ensure smooth execution of HR processes, compliance with local labor regulations, and a consistent employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and offboarding
- Prepare HR documentation such as employment contracts, letters, amendments, and confirmations
- Assist with recruitment coordination, including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling
- Act as a first point of contact for employee HR-related queries
- Support leave management, attendance tracking, and HR record maintenance
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures in line with Qatar Labour Law
- Coordinate HR data inputs with payroll, finance, and admin teams
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR systems
- Support HR projects, audits, and internal initiatives as required
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 13 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role
- Working knowledge of Qatar Labour Law
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS experience is an advantage
