HR Generalist (EgyCham HR Diploma is a strong plus)

Role Description

• Support in Developing and updating OC, reporting lines, and departmental frameworks based on business strategy and best practices.
• Perform job analysis through interviews, observation, and competency-based techniques to create accurate and comprehensive job descriptions.
• Participate in developing HR policies & procedures for clients and ensure alignment with local labor laws and organizational needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• HR Diploma is a must.
• From 2 to 4 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in OD is preferred.
• High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Very good command of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• 5th Settlement or nearby residence is preferred.
