EgyCham is hiring HR Generalist for one of our clients in the Import & Export Industry.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Generalist based in Damanhour. The HR Generalist is responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role also supports employee engagement initiatives and works closely with managers to meet the organization's HR needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field
• 3:5 years of experience
• HR Diploma is a Must
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources principles and HR Management practices
• Expertise in Employee Relations and Performance Management
• Ability to design, implement, and enforce HR Policies
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
