Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist with experience across core HR functions, including payroll, government relations, operations, and recruitment, to join one of Tawzea's subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll processing ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
  • Handle government relations (GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, etc.), including employee documentation and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment cycles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee HR operations, including medical insurance administration, attendance and leave management, employee registration, and maintenance of HR records.

Key Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of experience in HR.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR compliance.
  • Experience with HR systems and payroll software.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Arabic & English proficiency.
