We are seeking an HR Generalist with experience across core HR functions, including payroll, government relations, operations, and recruitment, to join one of Tawzea's subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processing ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
- Handle government relations (GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, etc.), including employee documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment cycles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee HR operations, including medical insurance administration, attendance and leave management, employee registration, and maintenance of HR records.
Key Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience in HR.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR compliance.
- Experience with HR systems and payroll software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Arabic & English proficiency.
