As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support our people, strengthen our culture and ensure our HR operations run efficiently across the Group.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a proactive, organised and hands-on HR professional who enjoys building teams, supporting people and creating efficient HR processes.

This is a broad generalist role covering recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement and office management.

You will work closely with the CEO and management team to help build a positive, high-performing workplace while ensuring day-to-day HR operations are delivered to a high standard.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the CEO, you will take ownership of the Group's day-to-day HR operations and support the continued growth of MMC Group.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee engagement and office management while helping build scalable HR processes that support our future growth.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across the Group.
• Coordinate interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Support workforce planning with department managers.
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring.

People Operations

• Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Maintain HR records, policies and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE employment legislation and company policies.
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives.

Employee Experience

• Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
• Organise internal events and recognition programmes.
• Promote a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for HR-related matters.

Office Management

• Oversee the day-to-day administration of company offices.
• Coordinate facilities, suppliers and office services.
• Ensure offices remain organised, safe and operational.
• Support general administration across the Group.

About You

Experience

• Minimum 5 years experience in a broad HR Generalist or HR & Administration role.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practice.
• Experience within a growing SME or founder-led business is highly desirable.
• CIPD qualification or similar is essential.
