Role Description

This is a full-time on-site HR Generalist role based in Cairo, Egypt. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a variety of human resources tasks, including managing HR policies, administration of employee benefits, and supporting HR management functions. Key responsibilities include overseeing compliance with company policies, managing employee records, facilitating onboarding processes, and assisting with employee benefits and compensation programs. The HR Generalist plays a vital role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring organizational effectiveness through comprehensive HR support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3:5 experience in HR Supervisor
• HR Diploma holder is a must
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong organizational and multitasking
