EgyCham is hiring an HR Supervisor for one of our clients in the Real Estate Industry.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Supervisor located in Cairo, Egypt. The HR Supervisor will oversee the effective management of human resources activities including employee relations, performance management, HR policy implementation, and compliance. Responsibilities include supervising HR operations, resolving workplace issues, ensuring regulatory adherence, and supporting organizational goals by fostering employee development and engagement. The role also involves maintaining HR documentation and facilitating efficient resource management to align with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Working in the Real Estate Industry is a must.
• HR Diploma is a must.
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and resolving workplace issues effectively
• Experience with Performance Management and fostering employee development
• Ability to create, implement, and manage HR Policies in compliance with labor laws
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
